Pepsi isnt going to change the rules. It is clear that no vetting by animal groups was allowed. Pepsi is no longer doing the contest and trying to change this will likely result in not receivng the money.. Whatever you put in for the $5000 is what you need to spend it on.. Oregon is using their money for gas, boarding, supplies , food etc.. All ears for building... Suncoast for supplies, etc. Every animal group would have loved to spend their money on vetting... maybe you can donate crates, boarding, etc to other groups and they will donate some $$ to your vetting.
