[Dailydrool] fun match judges

I believe anyone can judge a fun match. They are not sanctioned so there
are no points to be awarded -- it is exactly what it says it is--a chance
to participate in a FUN show (for a change) instead of one where everything
counts.
The Judge should probably know what a Basset is, and be vaguely familiar
with the breed. It's a nice way to honor someone who has done a lot for the
club.
