[Dailydrool] Has this happened to anyone?

This exact same thing happened to Basil last year (same spot on his face
and everything). It went away after a round of antibiotics, and then a
few weeks later came back in the same spot. We never did find out what
caused it for sure, although the vet thinks it might have been an
infected salivary gland. It never (knock on wood) came back after the
second round of antibiotics.

Drool to Speedy; hope his is as easily cleared up.
