Ok you already know what I think. I think a Vet who has to ask the
pathologist how to treat a mystery lesion better take a good,long look at
that diploma. He has one that you have seen, right? This is round 2 or 3 or
4 with this guy and the overriding words you have used are "confused",
"panicked" and "uncertain".
FIND ANOTHER VET, please!! That could be an interdigital cyst. It could be
malignant (needle aspirates are notoriously inaccurate, sorry to tell you
that.) it could be a foreign body. It could a simply infection of some kind
but instead of wasting two weeks why don't you have them give you your
files and find someone who has a passing knowledge of dog's feet?
The Vet is going to check back with the pathologist. He has no idea what
the heck he is doing. I am enraged!! Can you tell? I would fire his butt.
Take a hike. Find someone who knows what he or she is doing. PLEASE.

MomPerson who believes Vets and doctors and lawyers should know what the
hell they're talking about. Or at the least, know more than I do.
