BRF took in a  severe neglect case from a part of Florida that we normally don't pull from but this case was especially hard on the heart.  A 12+ yo girl had been tied outside in the Florida sun and storms with no shelter and only occasion food thrown to her.  She got her water from the rain when it came.  Making it even worse was a large mass in her mouth (that actually also grew into her nasal cavity as well) and her lack of viable teeth to even help her chew. We would appreciate any help you can give - we don't run a lot of fundraisers and I try to pay for a lot of stuff out of my pocket but cases like this are beyond my means.
