[Dailydrool] Phil Guinn

I was so sorry to hear Phil Guinn passed away he was always there to help our rescue with any need we had. Even though his rescue was going broke he still extended a hand to help others.  He was such a good man with a heart of gold. He gave me lots of advice when I first started Western Missouri Basset Rescue and we had remained friends over the years, He will be missed.
