Good G-d you have listed half a dozen symtoms of bloat ....


--panting
--licking the air/lips
--drooling profusely
--eating grass frantically
--dog seems WRONG


It sounds to the clueless momPerson like he was trying to bloat on you.  Did you 
give him Gas X?  Is he ok now??
