[Dailydrool] hurray for Daisy and other stuff

Hi all, Snoopy here,

Daisy, I do that, I sit in front of the dog door flag and I ahrooo if anybody 
wants to come in.  I am hilarious don't you think?  What's that Cyrus?  You 
don't think it's funny?  Well, frankly, a gun shy hunting dog is funny right off 
the bat.  Don't mind him he cannot abide loud noises.  Which is why my 
ahrooo'ing at him whenever I want to annoy him is hilarous. 

LuLu is getting the hang of it around here.  Somewhat.  momPerson feeds her in 
the man cave because she is trying to put weight on her so LuLu has "high value" 
food and she doesn't want all $*#@ to break loose on account of it.  Cyrus had 
the very same tooth pulled last year and he abruptly went off canned food a few 
months back and insists on kibble now.  Takes him FOREVER.  momPerson guards 
Cyrus because otherwise I'll finish mine .... and then I'll shoulder up with 
Cyrus and help him finish his.  Helpful, don't you think.  momPerson doesn't 
think so.  Sometimes LuLu is done and whining at the door but she has to wait 
for Cyrus.  Then we all go charge out back and go potty and then we all come in 
and get yelled at for playing and running around after eating.  Do you do that 
too Daisy?

We have a perch.  momPerson used to think it was hers, but she gave up.  It's a 
3 dog perch.  LuLu and I like the ends, with pillows.  Cyrus takes up the whole 
ottoman.  LuLu likes to cuddle.  momPerson has posted pictures of us cuddling.  
She cuddles me and she cuddles Cyrus and she cuddles the girls and she cuddles 
momPerson and even dadPerson.  HOWEVER, if you catch her sleeping and cuddle in 
next to her it scares the living bleep out of her.  Last night we were doing our 
3 dog perch thing and Cyrus sprawled out on the ottoman (it's HUGE) and reached 
his head up and nuzzled LuLu on her end of the couch.  She SCREAMED.  Cyrus and 
I jumped off all set to tackle the enemy .... and then we realized it was us.  
So Cyrus went to bed with Julianne and I got back up on the perch and LuLu went 
back to sleep and I snuggled in and ........ she SCREAMED.  Aw, forget it, I 
went back and got in bed with momPerson.  Then dadPerson came to bed and LuLu 
came with him and she went to get up on the bed so I snarked at her ... and got 
grief for it.  Hey, she can snark at us in her sleep and everyone is 
understanding .... me ... I tell her I'm offended and everyone thinks I'm a 
jerk.  HARUMPH!!!  I had a rough patch too ya know.  Just cause I'm all settled 
now doesn't mean I didn't have a rough patch too ya know.

Why does she yell like that?  Will she ever stop it?  She is a scardy cat thats 
for sure.  She is afraid of men .... especially dark skinned ones.  If they are 
patient she will let them touch her after a few minutes but not right away.  
And, if there is a car when she is out walking with momPerson she is terrified 
.... darting and dodging and trying to get away and hiding behind momPerson.  
Why?  They are on the sidewalk.  If you stay out of the street you are safe.  
Why is she such a scardy cat?  Cyrus won't let anybody hurt anybody in our pack 
and she knows that.  If I ahrooo at her she goes and stands between Cyrus front 
feet and dadPerson says now we have a double decker dog.  It's just an ahrooo.  
Why is she so scared?
