Hi Debbie,

While any kind of cancer diagnosis is scary, I can report that my heart dog,
Moose, had several cancerous lesions on her very white belly removed, and
lived many more years cancer free. She, too, was a "sun doggy," loving to
climb up on the spa cover and stretch out in the sun, so she could be warmed
from both sides! We live in Santa Barbara, so were pretty careful about
using sunscreen on her every day after that first bout, but apart from the
sticky factor, it worked fine.

Here's hoping Sister Daisy's experience mirrors my Moose's - these girls
just don't want to be deprived of their sunbathing! Good luck with the next
round of your dental adventures!

Kathy Wilson, Twinkletoes, Hooter the harrier, and Moose (ATB - where
sunscreen is not required!)
