I do have some experience with this, unfortunately. IAMAV, but surgery is usually first option, then radiation and/or chemo. Obviously all dependent on many variables according to the case. 

There is a drug called Pallatia, which is the first cancer chemotherapy drug developed specifically for veterinary use. It is especially for mast cell cancer. 

My advice would be to get a referral to a good vet specialty clinic, with surgical and oncology specialists.
