In regards to the post for the family in S. Florida that may be interested in adopting a hound, might I suggest Sun Coast Basset Rescue? They are a wonderful group of people and have a huge variety of hounds waiting for a forever home with many in foster homes all over the state. They have a great web site, the contact info is also located there. Just a suggestion. :)
