[Dailydrool] Snoopy checking in

Hi all, it's Snoopy here,
 
Fall is in the air.  It's been cool in the mornings and the days are starting to get shorter.  I like fall, leaves go crunch under my thunderous paws and there is more time for napping.  The downside is that this means the rains are coming.  A little more than a month and the rains will start so momPerson will roll up most of the rugs which cover our patio and cover the patio furniture.
 
Little Gracie has not been too happy with the shorter days.  She does not like to go outside after dark.  When it doesn't get dark until  after 9:30 and then gets light at 5AM she just holds it till the sun comes up but now it's dark around 8 and still dark at 5 when we get breakfast and she just HAS to go.  She would prefer to go out front with the clueless momPerson but the sprinklers run every morning at 4AM so if she goes out front with momPerson she'll get her ears all wet and she hates that so she has been going out back with LuLu and I.  She is so funny, one of us has to go out before her and one has to go out after.  And someone has to stay with her too ..... so I do that.  Actually I don't even have to go after breakfast because I am sensible and I run straight outside when we come down the hall in the morning .... but little Gracie goes with momPerson out to the man cave to make bowls and waits until after she eats to go potty.  So, I
 go out with her too because if either LuLu or I don't go out she won't but she has to.  And LuLu will pee real quick and run right back inside but Gracie needs to pick her spot and sniff around and so I stand out there with her (not too close) and wait till she's done.  Then I come inside right behind her and we both get a cookie so it's all good.
 
It has been a very long time since I grabbed Gracie by the ear.  She and I like to snuggle together and we rub snooters and nuzzle each other and we cuddle and are best friends.  Except when she is naughty.  Sometimes (actually lots of times) little Gracie steals stuff.  She will steal old tooth brushes and snack rolls out of the bathroom garbage, she will steal paper from practically anywhere and she will steal food off of the kitchen counter.  When I catch her I yell REAL loud and when I yell REAL loud she panics and rolls over and surrenders and the people come running and then take whatever it is back and little Gracie slinks off someplace.  Yesterday she got the bag of pears off of the counter so I yelled and she surrendered and the people came and took the pears back and everybody left and then I found a pear on the floor in the corner and I grabbed it and ran out back.  Heck, I didn't steal it .... I found it on the floor.  momPerson told
 me it was still ill gotten gains and took it back.  Harumph.
 
LuLu Belle is snarky and getting snarkier by the minute.  She will tell you, oh boy will she tell you if you get in her space.  Yesterday she was telling Julianne the 2 legger off because Julianne was taking up too much of the couch.  She kept growling at Julianne and then Julianne called LuLu a bitch which might be a technically correct term but LuLu didn't care for it much.  Far as I could tell they were both snarking at each other so I determined that it was a female problem and hung out in the family room with dadPerson.
 
More later from Snoopy, OEBE, Curator of missing objects who is a gem and a sweet heart just so long as he gets his baby sister drops 3X daily, a while ago the people tried cutting those down to 2X daily and nope, not a go, not at all, 3X daily, that's the ticket
