[Dailydrool] Need help with a cat problem

The poor thing, it's not a barn cat, it's a house cat that has been dumped,
and it's terrified.  Borrow a trap and trap the cat and take it to a shelter
(hopefully no-kill but you may not have one close).  It may get adopted,
more likely it will get put to sleep, but at least it won't be in the bad
position it's in now.
