Keeping  in mind that there simply are no guarantees, it sounds as if your
Vet has done everything he can to ensure the safety of Pixel while she is
under anesthesia. If he is comfortable with this and has done it before
(and I bet he has) then that's about the best you can hope for.
It doesn't sound like a spot where a local would be a good choice, so if
she has to have it done, remember that your Vet wants a good outcome every
bit as much as you do.
