Just wondering how long you have had the foster? My Dobi is the easiest boy in the world. Only foster I have ever had who was settled in the first 
five minutes-no stress the first day or getting settled in--he was fine from the first. So, this very laid back boy was the one who was annoyed and upset 
when I brought Fred home. He did the same thing, totally ignored him. It took about a week, and now they are best buddies. Fred ADORES Dobi and the fact Dobi 
is so well mannered and mellow has really helped Fred. (He came to me with a reputation and was a biter.) I give Dobi a good deal of the credit for how 
well Fred turned out. If you have had the foster awhile, and Baloo is still upset, I would say trade him out for another that fits Baloo better. If you haven't 
hit the one week mark, I would wait and see if Baloo warms up to him.
