[Dailydrool] Inifiltrative lipoma

Hi droolers I wonder if you could possibly help me with a question from a friend of mine, who is not a member of DD.   She has a basset with infiltrative lipoma and is interested if anyone has had good experiences post-treatment, whether it be with surgery and\or radiation treatment, and has anyone had their dog with this diagnosis and opted for no treatment?
