[Dailydrool] Pixel and Browser

Dadslave and I had the opportunity to meet fellow droolers on New Years Day
and share a glass of eggnog.

 

Sally and Bert Russel invited us to meet their bassets, Pixel and Browser.
They are beautiful, long-haired red and whites with sweet dispositions.

 

We had planned to bring Tilly, our red and white, and meet at the park
before Pixel got sick and lost most of her vision.  Instead, we went to
their condo in Indialantic, FL. without Tilly,  or the other 2 dogs (Phoebe
and Harvey).  Pixel is 12 and Browser is 9.  Ours are young and play rather
rough!!

 

Browser is blind in both eyes from a congenital problem since age 6 but
seems happy and able to enjoy life.  He greeted us downstairs at the
elevator like we were old friends.   

 

Pixel was shy at first, but came over to both of us and let us love her and
pet her.

 

Sally and Bert were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our
visit.

 

We are looking forward to their return in February.  Droolers are the BEST!!
