 Thanks for the info and the story of Llewis. Sounds like he has been a real trooper. What a lucky boy Llewis has you for a mom!! The ortho specialist I go to use to teach at Ohio State Univ, he is semi retired and now works at a emergency vets. I took Princess Nugget to an acupuncture and a chiro. I will look into that. I do massage him but I will try a PT place. They offer discounts to rescue dogs and  do work with police dogs.  Georgia emailed me about wraps and I am going to try that too.
Thanks to everybody who offered info on this. I just want Jagger to live a long, healthy, and happy life. :)
