[Dailydrool] Bathing Bassets

Tony here. I vote for the itchy smelly bath. I get a bath when papa starts itching and I start smelling.  Something called allergies for papa. Mama says "Tony, lets go out in the driveway." As soon as I see the hose, I know. My head goes down and I assume the downtrodden dog position.  Please, just shut the water off and let me roll around. It does feel good though.  All the massaging and scrubbing.  I then get to roll around on my towels and "help" dry myself off.  So, average bath interval, 6-8 weeks. 
Snoopy, mama does the same thing as your's does. Watches me like a hawk when I poop and then reports to Papa.  "Tony pooped"!! What is it with these people?  I'm a dog, hence I poop.  
Mama here.  Yesterday I watched tony like a hawk all day.  Very noisy belly. Wouldn't eat at first, then ate palm tree, then ate breakfast.  VERY GASSY all day but eating, drinking, walkies twice.
He got all distended and looked hunched up but was my overworked imagination. All I could think of was bloat.  But, he's fine.  Pooped this morning. All good.  I think it was too many green beans. He's on a diet and barks constantly (I'm hungry) so I put green beans in a bowl.  Too many, apparently. 
Drool to all that need it, Jules and Kim the humans and all the 4-loggers out there.
