-------------------------

I didn't save the -email of the person who ahs Pixel and Browser who
are both blind now, sorry; I hope this reaches you. When Pw.
Annabelle ATB lost her sight, we followed a reccomendation from the
blinddogs.com website and tied small bells (look at the craft/sewing
section of the store) onto the other dogs' collars, and also pinned
them to our slippers that we wear around the house. This helped her
to know when we or the other dogs were moving towards her. If you put
the bells on each dog, I would think they could use that to locate
each other by sounds, and be a bit more confident.

In other news, I jsut ordered a pair of the below shoes for Bonnie to
wear on her back feet. She has hip dysplasia and we have all hard
floors, so she slips and slides. I will update you once they arrive,
but check out their site and watch some of their videos. I think these
shoes would also be very helpful for pets who have grass allergies and
lick lick lick their feet once they come in from a walk; for dogs with
spinal injuries, who tend to drag the top of one foot or more; and for
dogs in carts, whose back feet tend to drag.
