[Dailydrool] Update on Amanda Lynn - Thursday

First of all, if I have failed to answer a personal email from any of you - 
I sincerely apologize!  I'm proud to say there were a ton of notes and 
messages from you all.  I truly tried to answer all of you personally.  If I 
did not - I TRULY AM SO SORRY!  It was totally unintentional!

Now on to subject at hand....

Amanda Lynn is positively amazing!  Today she is acting pretty normal --  
whatever THAT is?!!!  Actually, if she wasn't getting Rimadyl - which is 
supposed to be both an anti-inflamatory and a pain med - I'd have not given 
it to her this morning.  She doesn't act like she's in ANY discomfort at 
all...  If you couldn't see her carved-up back - you'd NEVER think anything 
was wrong!

I have not received a full report on her blood work and urinalysis.  I 
understand that a very slight urinary tract infection did show up - and it 
is being cultured.  Her cholesterol and triglycerides are still elevated - 
but we will implement a plan-of-action after she has healed.

She is eating normally.  Last night she slept like a baby in bed on her 
king-sized - pillow-top mattress!  She is easily getting on and off couches 
AND the bed - and just did a "toss about - and chase - with barking" with a 
flip chip.  <That's a normal play activity for her!">

appreciated!  I'll continue to keep you updated.
