[Dailydrool] Lip Fold Pyoderma\Stinky Flew - help please

 Hello, we have this problem once again.  I have checked the archives and the suggest Oxy-10, Pyoben etc but we cannot seem to get either of these products in the UK.  I would really rather not take Morse to the vet at the moment as he gets so stressed there (last time wouldn't even go through the door).  Can anyone give any suggestions as to what might help?
