[Dailydrool] Crockpot recipes

I have finally succumbed to buying a crockpot, after seeing so many good reports on it about cooking for the bassets!  So does anyone have any good recipes they can send my way please?  Morse is a tad on the er, fluffy side, so anything on the lighter side would be really appreciated!  My first recipe I have is chicken\turkey with rice and veggies.
 
Becky (is it cheaper to run this thing at night?) Morse (yum) and Pumbaa ATB (sausages?)
