[Dailydrool] Happy 4th birthday to my Quincy P. Fartwhistle

Four years ago today (wow, it's been 4 years already), a sweet, innocent,
pink-nose, pink-toed little Basset Hound was born. I had recently lost my
Pongo & was feeling very sad, so I was looking at Basset babies online. I
came across Quincy's picture & it was as if Pongo said, "That's him, that's
the one to help heal your heart." It was instant love. I had no intentions
of getting a puppy but knew I had to have him. I drove almost to Branson to
get him. It has been a wild ride since then ... puppy teeth, chewing tables
and now he doesn't like to share his mama so he'll grrrrrr when the cat or
Cleo come into the bedroom. He's a big bed hog, a little piglet, and one of
the cutest things I've ever seen in my life. I wouldn't change a thing
(well maybe the chewing the tables thing). Happy 4th birthday, Quincy P.
Fartwhistle. I pray that you have many, many, many more happy & healthy
ones. Your mama loves you to the ends of the Earth & back!
