[Dailydrool] Basset holiday quilt woofle for Debbie's Dawgs

Thursday, December 4th is the last day to donate for your
chances to win the basset holiday quilt donated to Debbie's
Dawgs by Val Brewer.  The pictures just don't do it justice -
it's gorgeous!  Your name is entered to win once for each
dollar donated and an additional 5 times for every $20 
donated.  Here's a link to the site and a picture of the quilt - 
it's reversible but the site wouldn't upload the pic so email 
me if you're interested in seeing it.  The winner will be drawn 
on Friday, December 5th.  

All proceeds from the quilt woofle go into Debbie's Dawgs' 
general fund which we use to help rescues with an  unexpected 
expense for a senior hound like a surgery. We've donated toward 
expenses for about 15 hounds so far this year in addition to our 
$5 Friday hounds.  This will let us help more hounds. All funds 
raised by Debbie's Dawgs go to the rescues for their hounds in 
need.

Also don't forget our $5 Friday this month - we're taking 
donations now through Sunday at midnight. Paypal your
$5 (or more) to debbiesdawgs at icloud.com or email me
about sending a check.  This month we will have 2 drawings -
one for a $25 gift card to Moon Doggie Coffee and the other
one is a set of hand and body cream, lip balm and doggie
shampoo from a gift set donated by Basset Rescue of 
Florida.

Thanks for all the support you've given us this year - we'd 
like to end the year on an even more amazing note as a
salute to Debbie - I have no doubt she is already proud of what
we've all accomplished but we want to set our sights just a
little higher and we need your help to do that. $5 is something
we probably don't even miss but when everyone donates
$5, it can work miracles and give a new lease on life to a 
senior hound who may have never lived inside or had his
or her own dog bed.  Please think about donating even this
small amount to the hounds as a holiday gift.
