[Dailydrool] Singing

I, too, sing to my dogs. Oddly enough singing to them seems less crazy than
talking to them.

My recently ATB Flash had a lot of nicknames, most that came from me making
up words and songs. He started as a FlashDance and that became Flash(y)
Pants and that became Flashy Pantalones.

Flash could have some silent, but deadly gas, so I'd often sing to him
about Pantalones and Frijoles and whatever else I could think to rhyme (or
not) with that.

Pantalones also became a replacement in Rubber Ducky (you're the one.
You're so grumpy/lumpy/stinky/wrinkly/lovely and so much fun. Pantalones.
You're. The. One....)

Betsy often gets serenaded in the car where I just replace words in songs
with her name. She loves a good car ride, so she's become the focus of
quiet a gamut of songs.

We also call her simple The B and that opens up a lot more rhyming
possibilities. She's heard many a song that starts "Bet-sy The B ..."
