You might try adding plain yogurt (be sure it is a live culture) to her  
food--she may need a boost of probiotics.
You might also check with your vet about using "FortiFlora"--made by Purina 
 Veterinary Diets.  It has live active cultures, promotes intestinal health 
 and balance, and is a nutritional supplement for dietary management of 
dogs with  diarrhea.
 
Sometimes the treatment for Pancreatitis kills off the "good" or healthy  
bacteria in the digestive tract, and she may need a suplement daily for some  
time to correct her system.
