Hi All

Hoping everyone is having a nice safe spring/summer so far!!  

Was wondering why I Keep getting a message that my membership in the DD is disabled due to too many bounce back's??????

What the heck is that and what does it mean. I have never had a problem in all the years I have been on the DD.
