[Dailydrool] Standard anti-inflammatories vs natural

Hello, am just weighing up the pros and cons for Morse and relief for his aches and pains.
 
I am giving him  Glucosamine and Chondroitin with MSM plus I am giving him either Metacam or Previcox - not Rimadyl as this knocks out him badly and he is like a zombie.   SOD and Boswellia didn't have much of an effect on him so we discontinued it.  A friend has suggested something like Devils Claw (No Bute) for him - it is mainly used in horses I believe - a natural product - has anyone used this?
Are there any other possibilities?  We did use joint max triple strength which was okay but I don't think it is sold over here and the shipping etc was pretty expensive, and we have also used YuMove and Cosequin DS. Thanks Becky, Morse and Pumbaa ATB
