[Dailydrool] Cyst on Tail

Don't know if it will work for every basset but Browser had two flare ups
and was put on antibiotics.  This last time our vet put a drain in his tail
for 10 days and he was on the meds.  So far (fingers crossed), it has been
four months and although there is a slight bump there, it has remained
uninfected.  At age 11, our vet wants to avoid surgery at all costs and we
agree.

Hope this may help some other basset.
