I agree Pam, that the incident was not the fault of the dog. I do not think
anyone there blamed the dog except the incredibly dim and vicious owner.
The office has never yet failed to work out a payment plan with someone
whose animal was in peril so that I am positive something could have been
arranged (especially back then) It was an horrendously cruel thing to do.
Until that day I do not believe I knew how mean people can be to their
"pets".
