[Dailydrool] Bell hounds

My Millie is a howler, but for some reason only when I am gone.  When  I 
come back, I can hear her and then when I come into the house she comes down  
to greet me and howling.  No other bassets I have had howled or  ahroooed.  
It is nice to hear.  She is not a watch dog either.   People can ring the 
bell or knock on the door and she just sits there,  quiet.
