[Dailydrool] Flooding - keep safe

Just hearing about the awful flooding in Texas and Mexico, and they are
also giving warnings out to Colorado through to Arkansas, Louisiana,
Missouri and eastern Kansas.  On the other hand, we are hearing that
California badly needs rain and is drought-like.
Anti flooding drool being sent, asking for a part of it to shift to
California.  Only a part of it though.
