Do not worry. There are some people who are not so fond of puppies. 
Foster Jane simply needs to fine one whom she can adore, and the human 
will adore her. (Humans who are right for a dog cannot resist one.)
I hope your visitor soon finds a home.

they are seriously ill and need a ramp--even then, not too many folks 
could talk her into it!
