[Dailydrool] Help with crate training!

First, thank you to everyone who helped me find a breeder earlier this summer! We are now blessed to have the lovely Ellie with us since Saturday! She is a 9 week old tricolor bundle of adorableness! The freckle fairy must have tripped and dumped an extra dose of freckles on her! We are absolutely smitten. 

She has been doing GREAT with house training, minimal accidents, and has slept from 11-5 in her crate since her first night home. She will nap in her crate with the door open or closed but I have to be close until she falls asleep. When she wakes up and realizes I'm not in the room she howls the most heartbreaking raspy puppy howl. I know not to go to her until she calms herself down but I was hoping if I was doing something wrong you all would be able to correct me. I don't want to inadvertently do something wrong and make this more difficult than necessary! I started leaving the tv on when she's crated to help cover household noises so I can actually get some work done and it has helped a little. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Is there any way to share pictures? I love showing her off :)
