[Dailydrool] General anaesthesia in elderly basset

Hi, Becky! 

Bobo had a dental at the ripe old age of 13 and I, too, was nervous about giving him anesthesia at his age. In fact, I consulted the Drool, too! The consensus of opinion was that it should be fine if his pre-dental panels showed nothing to be concerned about. We went ahead with it and all went well.  

Hope you and the good Inspector had a happy Christmas and beautiful Boxing Day (which I thought was named in honor of a boxing match televised on the day after Christmas, until an Australian friend put me straight ;) )
