I would say it is a reaction to the drugs especially if they have him on
valium or tramodol.  I would try stopping the drugs and seeing what happens
being manic isnt good for his recovery..Bob had the same reaction the drugs
mess with their heads.  If he is in pain maybe have the vet try something
else
