[Dailydrool] Biscuit piece of gravel

Hello all; 
My Biscuit is doing great.  This morning he fussed when straining to pass.  I felt he was "recovered and back to himself," but after that we went to the Vet's because that is the first time he has ever cried while pooping.   That and I wanted to feel sure in my gut that he was not sick.  
Wonderful gentle vet, did exam and expressed his glands and we got a surprise.  A very tiny piece of gravel was in his anal canal area, not in the anal gland  It was most likely the reason for the bleeding earlier in the week.  I have never had this type of thing happen with any hound or animal I've ever had.  
I have no idea how it got there to begin with, just happy to know that it did not get infected or permanently lodged.  
I'm just happy with the end result, my boy is healthy in every way.
And his Auntie Joan in Boston sent him a beautiful Denver Bronco colored sweater, and I'm using Velcro to attach a cloth Denver Bronco horse.  Biscuit will be an Orange Bronco for the Super Bowl!
