Hi Sharon,
I was the one who returned your post 😊 Bev will see your post here- as she is a drool moderator as well. Sandy Gaston is also a mod and has gone through the same thing. Please feel free to repost to the list as well if you wish to- your post was just too large to put through with the whole digest attached.
Thanks,
(ps sorry Sandy and Bev you’ll get this twice, just wanted to be sure you saw it)

My name is Sharon Neal I am a long time basset lover! My question was to Beverly Szaton who answered many of my vet related questions. My beautiful heart dog Junior is a 7 yr old red and white, who is having lameness in his left front elbow. Vet and x-rays conclude moth eaten and sever aggressive bone disease. One yr ago biopsy showed no cancer, now suspicious of synovial cell carcinoma or other joint neoplasm. He will be sent to an oncologist and they are considering possibly amputation. Does anyone have any experience regarding these issues. Could really use some advice.
Thanks,
Sharon Neal
