I think she is one that has allergies? If not, please try 
Royal Canin Urinary SO. We battled UTI's for over 3 years, 
and since Lacy's been on the SO moderate calorie she has not
had another infection. I'm sorry I am no help about the TMJ.
I have'nt heard of it in dogs either, but I imagine their 
jaw could get out of place chewing on a large bone or 
something. Perhaps a chiropractor could help.
