[Dailydrool] Leaving for the Bridge bags

When I was a vet tech, we used heavy construction grade trash bags for our clients that left for the bridge. This upset me very much...when I said something my vet said. "These are not trash bag! They are body bags. Just like what humans that pass are put in...just for smaller bodies." After that I bought a plastic storage bin, I took the bags out of their box they come in and placed them in the bin that I bought and labeled them "pet body bags". This helped me with the "trash bag" factor. My suggestion for home is to get a small box of the heavy construction bags and keep a couple of them with your first aid kit. The bags are also good to use as a liner to protect the car if you have a puking, diarrhea or incontinent dog that you are taking to the vet.
