Can someone explain to me why bribing a dog, especially to make it safe, 
is a bad thing? I just don't see it that way. We're not talking a kid 
here. Your dog will never go out and try to bribe someone else.

Bribery is a kinder, gentler way of training. To strong-arm a hound to 
get it to do something is much worse.
