[Dailydrool] Making jerky

I make jerky for our dogs. You are right, it's easier to slice when partially frozen. They say 1/4 inch thick but sometimes that's hard. I use London Broil for beef jerky. I also use ground beef and ground turkey. Just make bite size patties, thin like, and dehydrate. I never use seasonings.
