Bev, I feel your pain. None of mine have done that until Fred. Carry groceries in--he is blocking my way. Walk down the hall, he is right in front of my feet--have to kind of nudge him along. Have also kicked, stepped on, whatever and felt terrible, but he just is THERE. Fortunately, he is older now and slow. When he was younger I thought he would kill me, too. I don't have a solution. If you find one, let me know.
