I had been using the same groomer for my hounds for a while 
and thought she was gentle and kind so I had her shave my 
long haired cat. Shortly after a friend's daughter who 
worked there told me she saw her hit Lacy, and when she 
shaved my cat she taped his legs together. I was horrified. 
I stopped going to that clinic altogether.
