[Dailydrool] Questions about Basset Pups having heart murmurs.

A possible 2 yr old lovely Basset Hound coming into rescue here with us 
and she has been dx with a heart murmur at 3 months of age and nothing 
has been done about it.   Could I ask please......could an experienced 
breeder with this pathology give me a shout today or tomorrow or 
soon?    Not sure just how to proceed with this.   thank you for a
