Morse had his 2 teeth out under general anaesthetic and thank you so much
to everyone who emailed us about this. He did really well afterwards - "he
may not feel like eating later" didn't really come into the equation as he
woofed down chicken later that evening like he had been starved for a
month. I find that he is still not chewing much on the right side, where
the teeth were taken, but then if you are 2 teeth less then I imagine you
might favour the other side?!
Secondly, wind. Morse gets a lot of it. More so than ever before, and
there are days when we light our wood burner with trepidation. We find that
Windsetlers help, and they contain Simeticone. I try to bury them among
the rest of the shopping, and cringe if they, for some reason, cause the
beeper to go off and everyone to stand and watch as the attendant waves
them in the air asking "what price Windsetlers?"
Ah, life with a basset :))
