[Dailydrool] Allergies and Laser therapy-two different hounds

It may not be allergy at all. Obsessive behavior is seen 
in different forms when they have cushings disease. The 
fact that the pred didn't help at all might suggest that. 
If the vet doesn't have a clue I'd get a second opinion. 
As for laser therapy. I've heard many people say they have 
had good results. Also chiropractic has helped my hounds 
greatly. They may have a pinch in the spine that can be 
worked out. Then follow with laser. As for a cart if all 
else fails go to Eddieswheels.com. They have very good 
carts and give very good instructions on how to measure 
properly. A poor fitting cart can do more harm than good. 
They also sell used carts, and will take a custom cart in 
return if it is returned in a certain amount of time, but 
again, it needs to fit properly, so don't just borrow a 
cart someone might offer unless you know it fits properly
