Val, I absolutely loved your tribute to your canine caretakers. Hopefully, you have defeated the flu bug and your three hot water bottles are back to bouncing around in the backyard. But it never ceases to amaze me how tuned in our dogs can be to our needs. They can 'read' us so much better than we can 'read' them, much of the time. Lovely animals, indeed!
