[Dailydrool] How to Remain an Introvert

I, too have people charge into my nice, private life to mess with my Basset.
My advice is to beg, borrow, steal or buy a second (third or fourth or
fifth) dog similar in countenance and behavior (suspicious and a little
assertive) to Doc, big and black and hairy with white white teeth and a
wolfish grin.

What I then get when I walk the two together is a lot of people who start
to say something and upon seeing Doc having violent coughing fits and have
to move politely to the other side of the street.
If absolutely necessary I can say "Oh sure, the Basset's fine  but the big
dog is a little surly."
